I am currently paying $100 where as i should be paying $150-200. It's my friend's apartment, that's why. The closer to downtown the more you have to pay. Lucky for me, i am only 3 mins from District 1. It really depend on where you want to stay as prices differ the further you are away from District 1.

i once looked at some new apartment buildings in binh thanh, near the end of nguyen huu canh. it had a nice view of the manor blocking the sunset. hahaha.
